Where are you located?

Originally located in Albany, we moved to our nice town in Jacksonville, Georgia.

How do I know if my order was processed/shipped?

Upon completing your order, expect a confirmation email containing all pertinent details.

Due to the custom nature of our goods, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

After shipping, orders typically arrive within 4–10 days.

Please be mindful that delays may occur during holidays or periods of high demand.

How can I check the status of my order?

To check your order status, click on the user icon located to the left of the shopping bag at the top right corner of this page.

If you haven't created an account, don't worry! You'll still receive email updates, including a tracking number once your order is shipped.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel.

If you are registered with us, you can check the status by signing in and selecting your order under “Order History”. Alternatively, you can insert the tracking number supplied into the courier's website. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us. 

 

Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it.

If you contact us after this 30-day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
